I took this picture last night from Palm Valley Golf course. It just seemed to me to be a very beautiful picture.
I missed last weeks picture and I am sorry, I was at a three day conference on blogging and so it not get a
picture up. No excuses but I learned a lot at the conference. Hope you enjoy this weeks picture. Let me
know what you think. Am also still accepting local pictures taken in Summerlin to be shared with the world

This is a Lantana. They grow all over Summerlin. They grow very well here. They also come in Purple, White, Orange, and a mixed color. They are beautiful and they make our landscape very colorful. We will see more of these flowers as the weeks go by.

This awesome photo was taken from Highland Falls golf course in Sun City Summerlin. Dale Chumbley is a friend of mine from the other Clark County in Washington State. He has captured twilight time which is my favorite time of day. The Las Vegas Strip looks magical from this angle. Check out some of his other photo’s. He is very good and we will see more of his photo’s here on Real Summerlin I am sure.

This beautiful photo was taken at Red Rock Casino was submitted by Santi Acosta. It is an awesome shot and I would say worthy for Summerlin Saturday.
Red Rock Casino is beautiful in itself. We will see a lot more pictures of it on this blog. The Summerlin Centre is beginning to take shape also. It will be home to businesses, condo’s and a mall.

The Hindu Temple is so beautiful it almost hurts your eyes. It is located in the Summerlin Village of The Arbors.
It is the first Hindu Temple built in Las Vegas and is also a cultural center.
