 Breamoor Heights is another neighborhood in the Master-Planned Community of Summerlin 
  The Neighborhood consists of 120 one-story homes from 2,414 to over 3,100 square feet, built from 1998 to 2000.
  Lot sizes range from 8,961 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more, and homes generally sell from the low 500’s to the high 600’s.
